This course will involve bike anatomy, BASIC Gear and brake setup, safety checks – Headset, stem, wheel skewers – and how to clean your bike and deal with punctures…the pro way. We will also show you basic bike setup to make your ride as comfortable and efficient as possible.
The course is charged at £10 per head and limited to 7 people. For your £10 you get all of the above plus……
