Well we survived the ride. It worked out at 53.4miles with 2444ft of climbing. I did it on my Langster fixed gear race bike, Dan on his Tiffosi race bike and our friend Pete on his Tricross Comp cross bike. Pete had the best bike, as most of it was off road! Every one else came with mountain bikes! We could only use the Taff Trail as the checkpoints were along it for our safety. So now i have off roading on a fixed road bike under my belt, i might take part in a spot of single speed cyclocross racing? Either way with punctures, illness, and not finding the signs on the Taff Trail very easily, we had an enjoyable day on the bikes! If you still want to donate then please pop in the shop and sign up. Its for a very good cause.
